Phuket-

Traffic was delayed after three vehicles including a taxi crashed on Bypass Road in Mueang Phuket district before noon today.

The Phuket Traffic police was notified of the accident at 11:30 A.M. on Bypass Road (Chalerm Phrakiet Rama 9 Road) in the Rassada sub-district.

They arrived at the scene to find three damaged vehicles which were a taxi, an ice truck, and a delivery pickup truck. However no serious injuries were reported. Traffic was tailed back for many kilometers.

The Phuket Express notes that this Bypass Road is a straight main road leading to Phuket Town which almost every vehicle drives at high speed which normally caused many road accidents in this area.
