Phuket –

A cow died after it was hit by a sedan whose driver and his young passengers were not injured in Phuket Monday night (April 4th).

Emergency responders were notified of the accident on the Bypass Road in Rassada, Mueang Phuket district.

They arrived at the scene to find the damaged sedan on the side of the road. A baby calf was found dead on the roadside.

The sedan driver, whose name was not given by authorities, said he was heading back home with his two young kids.

There was a mother cow and a baby calf walking along the road. The baby calf had immediately run in front of the sedan. The driver was tragically unable to avoid the collision with the baby calf.

The driver is calling for the cow’s owner to take responsibility for the accident, however, after he filed a report to the Phuket City Police.
