Krabi Governor Ensuring Jurassic World 4 Production is Friendly for the Environment

The Krabi Governor has ensured the Jurassic World 4 film production will not cause a negative effect to the Thai environment.

Thailand has been chosen to serve as the backdrop for “Jurassic World 4,” the latest sequel in the globally celebrated Jurassic Park franchise. According to Department of Tourism Director General Jaturon Phakdeewanit, the film’s production will take place from June 13 to July 16 across multiple locations, including Bangkok, Krabi, Trang, Phang Nga, Phuket, and Chiang Mai.

Now for the update:

On Monday (June 10th) the Krabi Governor Mr. Somchai Hanpakdeepatima met with the Jurassic World film company who are allowed to film the movie in Thailand from June 13th to July 16th this year.

One prominent filming location will be at the Huai To Waterfall in the Khao Phanom Bencha National Park in Krabi.

The Krabi Governor has asked the production team to be concerned with and aware of the environment because people in Krabi have expressed concerns about the production potentially causing harm to the area.

Meanwhile, the Jurassic World production team has confirmed that the environment is one of the things that they pay attention to and which they also have a special environmental protection team in place at the film production locations.
